The objective of this thesis aims to develop mathematical models based on the molecular structures of compounds, in order to predict some physicochemical parameters of pure hydrocarbons, through a Multi Layer Perceptron-Artificial Neural Network (MLP-ANN) based on the concept of Quantitative Structure-Property Relationships (QSPR).

This computational approach can be applied in petroleum engineering or other related fields for accurate determination of the properties: Tb, d20, Tc, Pc and Vc of pure hydrocarbons only by using the information incorporated in their chemical structures.

الهدف من هذه الأطروحة هو تطوير نماذج رياضية تعتمد على الهياكل الجزيئية للمركبات، من أجل التنبؤ ببعض المعلمات الفيزيوكيميائية للهيدروكربونات النقية، من خلال شبكة عصبونية اصطناعية - ذات مستقبلات متعددة الطبقات (RNA-PMC) بناءً على مفهوم العلاقات الكمية بين الهياكل-والخصائص (RQSP).

يمكن تطبيق هذه المقاربة الحسابية في الهندسة البترولية أو غيرها من المجالات الأخرى ذات الصلة من أجل التحديد الدقيق للخصائص: Tb، d20، Tc، Pc و Vc للهيدروكربونات النقية فقط باستخدام المعلومات المدمجة في هياكلها الكيميائية.

L’objective de cette thèse vise à développer des modèles mathématiques basé sur les structures moléculaires des composées, pour but de prédire quelques paramètres physico-chimiques des hydrocarbures purs, par le biais d’un Réseau de Neurone Artificiel-Perceptron Multi Couches (RNA-PMC) basé sur le concept des Relations Quantitatives Structure-Propriété (RQSP).

Cette approche computationnelle peut être appliquée en l’ingénierie pétrolière ou d’autres domaines reliés pour une détermination précise des propriétés : Tb, d20, Tc, Pc et Vc des hydrocarbures purs uniquement par l’utilisation des informations incorporées dans leurs structures chimiques.
